Ohio Corporate Whistleblower Center Now Urges an Employee of an Ohio based Company That Is Lying About Being Veteran or Minority Owned to Unfairly Get Government Jobs to Call About Rewards

Call us anytime at 866-714-6466 if your employer has lied about being a veteran, minority or woman owned business to gain an unfair advantage when bidding for federal work contracts”

— Ohio Corporate Whistleblower Center

WASHINGTON, DC, USA, January 23, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Ohio Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "We are urging an employee of a company in Ohio that is providing any type of service to the federal government to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 if their employer has lied about being a veteran, minority or woman owned business to gain an unfair advantage when bidding for federal work contracts. Veteran or minority owned businesses get preferential treatment when bidding for federal work contracts. It is extremely easy to prove a company is not a minority or veteran owned business, and the potential federal rewards for this type of information can be substantial, as we would like to discuss." http://Ohio.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

In August 2017 the Department of Justice announced a $16 million settlement with a Virginia based company to settle allegations that they violated the False Claims Act. The settlement resolves allegations that the company, together with several purported small businesses that it controlled, fraudulently induced the government to award certain small business set-aside contracts by misrepresenting eligibility requirements. The settlement also resolves allegations that the company engaged in illegal bid rigging schemes that inflated or distorted prices charged to the government under certain contracts. In this instance the whistleblower will receive $2.9 million dollars.

The Ohio Corporate Whistleblower Center believes there is probably a significant number of employees in Ohio who possess proof their employer has falsely labeled itself as a minority or veteran owned business to get an unfair advantage when bidding for federal jobs or contracts. As the group would like to explain anytime at 866-714-6466 the rewards for this type of information can frequently exceed a million dollars. Why sit on a potentially winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it might have been worth? http://Ohio.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you are a potential whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It’s a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower’s information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a company/employer or individual to come clean about significant Medicare fraud, overbilling the federal government for services never rendered, multi-million-dollar state or federal tax evasion, or a Ohio based company falsely claiming to be a minority owned business to get preferential treatment on federal or state projects. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it’s sufficient, we will help you with a focus on you getting rewarded.” http://CorporateWhistleBlower.Com

Unlike any group in the US the Corporate Whistleblower Center can assist a potential whistleblower with packaging or building out their information to potentially increase the reward potential. They will also provide the whistleblower with access to some of the most skilled whistleblower attorneys in the nation. For more information a possible whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing in Ohio can contact the Whistleblower Center at 866-714-6466 or contact them via their website at http://Ohio.CorporateWhistleBlower.Com.

John Marshall IP Director Lim Nominated for Prestigious International Award for Pioneering Work on Behavioral Economics

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES, January 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Professor Daryl Lim, Director of the Center for Intellectual Property, Information & Privacy Law at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, made the shortlist for the 2018 Antitrust Writing Awards in the intellectual property category. The Antitrust Writing Awards are a joint initiative between Concurrences Review and the George Washington University Law School. Shortlisted articles are assessed following an international peer-reviewed evaluation by world-renowned antitrust enforcers, counsels and academics.

Lim’s pioneering work explains how behavioral economics can be used to inform analysis at the IP-antitrust intersection. Behavioral economics was popularized by Daniel Kahneman’s New York Times bestseller Thinking, Fast and Slow, as well as the work of Richard Thaler, winner of the 2017 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences. Lim’s article was selected for publication by the Baylor Law Review in 2017.

Other nominees whose works on IP were shortlisted include NYU Professor Jeanne Fromer, whose article on certification marks was published in the Stanford Law Review, Rutgers Professor Michael Carrier (General Antitrust Category), whose article on pharmaceuticals was published in the Cornell Law Review and Court of Appeals Judge Douglas Ginsburg (Unilateral Conduct Category), whose article on telecommunications was published by Competition Policy International.

“To be recognized alongside such distinguished personalities is an honor,” Lim said. “John Marshall has a reputation for its practical engagement of IP issues in many areas, including antitrust law. The distinction this nomination brings is recognition of the difference that we continue to make in the global conversation on IP rights.”

John Marshall’s IP program was 2017’s top-ranked IP program in the Midwest according to U.S. News & World Report. The program has been continuously ranked since the IP rankings began in 2000. It offers masters programs in IP for attorneys and non-attorneys that can be done completely online. For more information, visit http://www.jmls.edu/academics/ip-privacy/

Femininity Coach Denise Barragan to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, January 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Every woman wants to enjoy an intimate joyful relationship with their partner and when it’s not happening tend to feel disheartened and miserable. The truth is many of the reasons they are not finding fulfillment can be attributed to their own lack of self-confidence and vulnerabilities.

Denise is a leading professional femininity coach helping women get reacquainted with their divine feminine self and reconnected with their sexual power.

“Women are so accustomed to feel ashamed and guilty about being in our sexual glory and so conditioned about religion, family beliefs and how society has acclimated us,” says Denise. “We forget we have this divine feminine power that we need to be in touch with and love and nourish her.”

Growing up in a restricted upbringing, Denise felt awkwardness regarding her own sexuality as taboo. When she later married and found herself sexually incompatible with her husband she realized she needed to let go of all her inhibitions. Finding that so many other women were discouraged in their relationships, she knew her calling was to go into coaching.

“Helping my clients fall back in love with their bodies in my sessions is crucial particularly when they possess a negative feeling of self-worth,” explains Denise. “The key is all about having a high level of self-confidence. When you enter a room in your sexual power and emanate a glow of confidence it’s alluring and irresistible. When you exude joy people can sense it and men will be totally attracted to your magnificent radiance.”

Most women tend to feel overly self-consciousness in the bedroom when the reality is men aren’t focused on whether or not you have cellulite or a belly, rather that you are radiating enjoyment.
“It’s our birthright to be sexually satisfied and a monumental part of our health and wellness.,” says Denise. “People are so focused on eating healthy they forget to nourish that sexual power that they have within that leads to optimum fitness mind, body, and soul.”

According to Denise, when women are sexually active they are so conditioned to think love and intimacy go hand in hand and should be in a relationship with their partner, whereas men possess the ability to separate sex from love and consequently are able to experience more fulfillment.

“Women are taught by society’s standards not to feel whole unless they are married and I’m here to advocate against that,” says Denise. “We can have lovers without being married as long as that makes us feel good about ourselves.”

If you can imagine the world where people are totally gratified, stress free, and joyful than this it’s priceless that women should seek to be in their feminine power.

“I strongly urge all women to allow yourself to be free with your sexuality,” says Denise. “Realize that this is your birthright and to nourish that beautiful divine feminine power you have and live your life with pleasure on all levels.”

CUTV news will feature Denise Barragan in an interview with Doug Llewelyn Friday January 24rd at 1 pm EST.
